Terms of Service

By creating an account or using OnSimmer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

OnSimmer helps you track credit-card benefits and, optionally, keep cards active with small recurring charitable donations ("Backburner"). You can also use OnSimmer purely as a tracker, without adding card details.

Not financial advice

OnSimmer is an informational tool. Benefit amounts, fees, renewal dates, and value estimates are based on data you enter or on preset templates that may be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for verifying your card's actual terms with your card issuer. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.

Backburner donations & payments

• If you enable Backburner, you authorize OnSimmer to charge your saved card a small amount on the schedule you choose, donated to the charity you select. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• You can disable Backburner or remove your card at any time.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the card and for any charges you authorize.

Accounts & security

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in method and any backup codes secure, and notify us of unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

OnSimmer relies on third parties (including Stripe and Google) whose own terms and privacy policies apply to their portions of the service.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnSimmer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed credits, charges, or donations.

Termination

You may stop using OnSimmer and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
